WHAT & WHY
- Working in the office for a long time increases stress, stiffness, and strain on the neck, shoulders, back, arm, and legs. It also increases mental stress. Due to which headaches, back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, and leg pain are started.
- If physical & Mental Stress is not cured in time, it does not only affect your performance, but makes you fall behind in every area of life and also causes various types of disease.
- Office Yoga we teach some simple and very effective asanas, Pranayam, kriya, and sooksham kriyas, very simple and effective meditation techniques. Which gives relief from pain and physical and mental stress.
Shiv Yog Sadhna is my second family where I’ve learned and then worked for a long time. Becoming a yoga trainer here is the second best decision I have made, the first one is to marry John, my beloved husband. At Shiv Yog Sadhna, I find my self and the way to be close friend with her.
